Refund policy
Short version: no refunds. Last updated 7 October 2026.
No refunds
Passes are time-based and start straight away, so they are not refundable — including when a ProTanki account is banned, which is a risk you accept when buying (see the terms).
Downtime is made up in time
If ProTanki itself is down, every active pass is extended by the length of the outage. You do not need to ask.
Chargebacks
A chargeback closes the account automatically and stops any running game. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us first — see the FAQ.
